The Agreement for Stable Governance is a confidence and supply agreement signed on 15.XI.1739 AN between the Federal Humanist Party (FHP), the Liberty and Prosperity Alliance (LPA), and the Gang of 21 independent deputies to enable the formation of a minority government led by Premier Juan Pablo Jimenez following the 1739 general election. The agreement provided the FHP government with a working majority of 347 votes in the 689-seat Federal Assembly.

The agreement consisted of one large document divided into three sections: the main confidence and supply arrangement, the economic and fiscal policies negotiated with the Gang of 21 and the Liberty and Prosperity Alliance.
