Petri Pukki (born 1640 AN) was the first and only president of Jääland.
Personal life
Born outside Hellistelli to a family of hunters and farmers, he was educated in Floria, studying agricultural sciences, with a minor in political sciences. He is, since 1673 AN married to Niina née Hellinen (born 1644 AN), and together they have four sons, Kalle (born 1675 AN), Sakari (born 1677 AN), Mika (born 1679 AN), and Juhani (born 1681 AN).
Presidency
Pukki engaged the people of the peninsula to form a sovereign state under the name of Jääland.
