Chantiers de Louisville is a shipbuilding company in Louisville in the Confoederatio Aemilia that was founded in 1732 as a joint venture of the Waffenschmiederei Ludwigshafen, Osthügel Motorenwerke and the Classis of the Confoederatio Aemilia in order to restore the capability of the confederation to produce its own warships after the loss of Altdorf Schiffbau, that performed that role during the era of the Republic of Sankt Ludwigshafen.
