Yech de Reich-kyrt (born 2003) is a Dauian professional footballer who plays as goalkeeper for the Calbain club Arwyn Llysthur and the Krasnovlac national team, where he is the captain. Despite his young age, he is considered as one of best goalkeepers and young talent in Krasnovlac and won the Golden Glove and a place in the Krasnovlac Team of the Year in 2021.

Starting his professional youth career with neighbourhood school, Raichfield Secondary School, he quickly climbed the ranks of the best young goalkeepers in Krasnovlac, winning gold in his first ever Krasnovlac Secondary Schools Tournament that saw him receive call-ups to the Krasnovlac under-15 centralised training squad. Aside from his athletic ability, Reich-kyrt was noted to be extremely mature and a natural leader which saw him captaining his school at a tender age of fourteen. After his final year with the school in which Raichfield Secondary School clinched another gold medal, he was scouted by Belaov Treble who were looking for a goalkeeper amongst their injury crisis. Putting pen to paper on a three-year deal, Reich-kyrt's consistent performances saw him establish himself as the Belaov based club's number one.

Early life

Reich-kyrt was born in 2003 in the city of Kyrtzhuosci in a prominent football community. His cousins were football fans, and his father was a match analysis whilst his mother was an ambassador for Krasnovlac sports internationally. His home city had several small futsal pitches and was a fair distance away from the Raichfield Park Stadium, home to Raichfield Town, a club he claims he holds dear to his heart.

Reich-kyrt studied at Raichfield Secondary School between 2015 and 2019 where he graduated with honours.

Club career

Early career

Reich-kyrt started playing football at an age as young as five due to the football influence in his family. Often times, he'd play with his cousins at the futsal parks near his home and he often went to Raichfield Town games, he considers at the time goalkeeper, Hanrus Zchekil, as his national hero and often tried to replicate his play style whenever he played with his family. Reich-kyrt was always a football fanatic and displayed excellent skills in the sport such as agility, reflexes, and technique though he couldn't play football for his primary school as his grades were failing and he was focused on getting into Raichfield Secondary School, a prestigious school with high honours but with a football system just as professional as top clubs.

Once he graduated primary school, Reich-kyrt was admitted into Raichfield Secondary School and displayed tremendous skill as he won gold in his first ever year with the school, earning him a spot in the Team of the Tournament and accolades from professional goalkeepers in Krasnovlac. In his last year, he was scouted by Belaov Treble in 2019.

Belaov Treble

After another successful year with his secondary school, Reich-kyrt was scouted by Belaov Treble amidst a goalkeeper crisis after veteran Tyler Machelson retired and back-up goalkeeper, Mekle Shivakso was injured. He was immediately integrated into the squad during pre-season and started the opener in the Krasnovlac Elite League against Jortu BH FC, keeping a clean sheet in a 2-0 win. His consistent performances led him to secure his number one spot over the Shivakso, who was rumoured to have his chance in goal. Reich-kyrt was instantly nominated for both Player of the Month and Young Player of the Month after three clean sheets in four games, conceding only one goal. He won the Young Player of the Month and his performances only skyrocketed as he recorded seven clean sheets in the first fifteen games.

Disaster struck for Reich-kyrt and Belaov Treble during Matchweek 18 during their title charge as after suffering a collision with Bosirov FC's Treka Viest-bos that ended up with Reich-kyrt tearing his ACL. He missed three months worth of games and Belaov Treble eventually lost the title. He recovered just in time for the next season.

2020-21 season

Reich-kyrt returned to the team for pre-season after eight months of inactivity. After captain Darkhin Shimasuka announced his transfer to Amateur First Division team, Belaov Team, Reich-kyrt was handed the captaincy by manager, Alexander Kachenkol. This decision was faced with much criticism as fans thought that though he shone in every match he featured in, they felt that he was too young to succeed the captaincy over other senior players. Kachenkol came out with a statement saying that though his young age, Reich-kyrt has displayed leadership on and off the pitch, coming down to games despite an ACL injury to support the team and was keeping the dressing room in order.

The young captain made his mark in his first game with the armband as he produced a Man of the Match performance against homeclub, Raichfield Town, where he saved a penalty and produced a number of stunning saves including a double save within a matter of seconds. He won the Player of the Month award in June after keeping four consecutive clean sheets in the month. The season only got better for Reich-kyrt as Belaov Treble won the league and he received the Golden Glove after recording fourteen clean sheets in thirty games and being named in the season's Team of the Tournament. Though he didn't feature in the competition over Shivakso, Belaov Treble won the league cup.

2021-22 season

Reich-kyrt was sent off for a controversial decision in a 1-1 draw against Lorat Ultras after seemingly stopping a shot with his hands outside the box though replays show that the shot hit his chest but the red card was not rescinded despite a request sent to the Krasnovlac Football Federation. Reich-kyrt moved to Calbion at the end of the season, to play for Arwyn Llysthur in a 3 million deal.

International career

Reich-kyrt made his debut for Krasnovlac against Pacary in a 1-1 draw in Belaov. He made successive appearances against Vegno and Senya. Following the fall of Krasnovlac during the 4th Krasno Wars, Yech switched allegiances to Daau as the nation offered him a citizenship offer.

Style of play

Reich-kyrt has been noted for being able to play the ball at his feet and orchestrate plays from the back. He has faced several one-on-one situations and won most of them with his trademark hand wave style which is most commonly used during penalty saves. His reflexes has been noted as one of the best, something he developed from intense training with his father during his secondary school days. Reich-kyrt has confirmed that he tries to develop his playstyle from former goalkeeper, Rodney MacLeod.

Personal life

Reich-kyrt is of Kyrt descent of the Reich family, a bloodline coming from a Reich considered to be one of the founders of the Kyrtzhuosci city. He is cousins with Kleaso Reich-kyrt and Darvid Reich-kyrt, both who play for Krypton United and Raichfield Neighbours in the Krasnovlac Second Chance and Amateur First Division respectively.

Reich-kyrt is currently dating Krasnovlac women's national football team player, Kassi Trenk, whom he has been with since 2018. Coincidentally, both play for Belaov Treble after being scouted in their last year of secondary school.

As said in an interview in 2019, Reich-kyrt revealed that the goalkeeper he looks up to internationally is Rodney MacLeod after his performance in the 2013 FMF World Cup.
