Jean Kelly, born 1570 and died 1666, was an Amokolian nobleman. The great grandson of Peter Kelly (King Peter XI). In 1608, upon his father Christopher's death, Jean publicly proclaimed the Declaration of Anun. This Declaration announced the formation of a new Kingdom, the Kingdom of Amokolia which would revitalise the culture of old Amokolia, but would free her from the laws and treaties which saw her oppressed, her citizens disheartened and ultimately caused her demise, with himself as King.
