Joseph Titan, a Florian manufacturing magnate, founded the company when the Confederate States of Floria formed establishing the company as the national vehicle manufacturer. Titan was a subsidiary of Trueman International until 1706 AN. In 1683 AN through Farrar International, Titan purchased 5% of Hazar company ULAS Motors.
