The Constancian diaspora refers to Constancian nationals who reside outside the territory of the Imperial State of Constancia.
Since the Third Imperial Synklētos in 1674, they have been represented via elected Dikastes, for whom they can vote via the nearest Imperial Constancian Embassy or diplomatic post, and who represent them on a continental basis.
