Foundation
NCWF was founded in October 2017, after the point, it was sure the War of Lost Brothers is going to start. NCWF is a government-owned company.
After the war
After the war and the loss of a very large number of military vehicles it was ordered by the king that the manufacturing of the new ones needs to start soon. The plan is to have the total of 80 in service until the 31 January 2018.
