Neil I is the 2nd King of Akhidia. He was born in 1664 and he was a vice-king before. He is a reliable person and is a former assistant of Ytro I but after Ytro I died, Prince Edward thought that he could not rule the country alone, and Neil took the throne.
He doesn't show his face to anyone because his face was burned as a child.
