Neil I is the 2nd King of Akhidia He was born in 1664, he was a vice-king before, he is a reliable person, he is a former assistant of Ytro I but after Ytro I died, Prince Edward thought that he could not rule the country alone, and Neil took the throne. He doesn't show his face to anyone because his face was burned as a child.
