Frainan Hohmin Abdollah Abbasi
The Muster of Arms, occurring in mid-1684, was an ultimately unsuccessful attempt by dissidents in the officer corps of Benacia Command, the Black Legions, and the political cadres of the Nationalist & Humanist Party to overthrow the regime of the Szodan Vüqar Rugahi in response to the latter's perceived failure to suppress rebellions raging amongst the Iridian Isles, Isle of Benacia and Florencia nor to prevent the impending secession of the islands under rebel control.
