Phineaner: Negeri Shintaro, Jawi: نڬري شينتارو) is a state in Forajasaki which were located on the center of Menet peninsula in Cyber-Island Chain. This state borders Phinbellan territory of Province Wellesley and Suyaj-Ardab and the Plazas de Irian in the west and the Phinbellan special administrative territory of Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan in the east. This state became a part of Forajasaki on February RP 2618.
