Known for its striking architecture and vibrant atmosphere, the Zijincheng Stadion serves as the home ground for Sisera's Kicking Daemons, the Shireroth national women's football team.
History and Naming
The Zijincheng Stadion derives its name from the legendary city of Zijincheng, which served as the capital of the Jingdaoese Empire during a pivotal period in its history. Initially constructed as a venue for the Jingdaoese national football team, the stadium was repurposed in 1740 AN to accommodate the rising prominence of women's football in Shireroth. Minor renovations were carried out to modernize the facilities and prepare the ground for its new role as the hub of Sisera's Kicking Daemons.
Architecture
The Zijincheng Stadion is a unique architectural marvel that combines elements of Apollontean and Shirerithian styles, resulting in a structure that resembles a grand amphitheater. The design pays homage to the classical aesthetics of the Apollontean era while incorporating Shirerithian motifs, such as intricate carvings, vibrant mosaics, and the use of local stone.
