Ypiretópolis

Ypiretópolis (roughly translated as, "the city of those who serve") is a special settlement located 10 kilometers east of Atacama, along the southern coastline in the Oranje Theme.

Governance

Ypiretópolis is governed independently by a Governor-General appointed by the Autokrator of Constancia. Constancian laws govern therein unless otherwise provided by the Autokrator.

Settlement

Ypiretópolis is settled by Black Travellers who have received Constancian nationality, and who have otherwise assimilated Constancian culture.
