Eligibility

1. In order to vote in elections or referendums, members of the Order of the Holy Lakes must be inscribed on the electoral roll as electors or electresses.
2. Electors and Electresses are eligible to vote if they:
   1. Prove that they are at least 18 years of age, or, during the year of the election or referendum in question, will turn 18 years of age.
3. Electors and electresses inscribed with their birth years in the Almanac of the Holy Lakes are automatically enrolled on the electoral roll, if
   1. the criteria in point 2.a are filled, and,
   2. they have not yet turned 99 years of age.
   3. they have not disappeared from the face of the planet.
4. Members of the Order of the Holy Lakes who do not have their year of birth inscribed in the Almanac of the Order of the Holy Lakes are not eligible to vote due to not filling the crtieria in 2.a, unless:
   1. They provide sufficient information to the Commander of the Order of the Holy Lakes that
      1. they are indeed old enough to vote
      2. that they are indeed still alive
      3. they have not disappeared from the face of the planet.
5. Members of the Order of the Holy Lakes who are 99 years of age or older and who wish to be inscribed on the electoral roll shall provide the Commander of the Order of the Holy Lakes sufficient information that
   1. they are still alive
   2. they are of sound mind to vote,
   3. and that they have not disappeared from the face of the planet.

OOC considerations

1. Disappeared from the face of the planet means that the controller behind the character has shown themself active in the last six Gregorian months prior to establishing the electoral roll, in one of the following media:
   1. Hurmu Discord channel
   2. MCS Discord channel
   3. Hub.mn/forum
   4. MicrasWiki
