The Kingdom of Tulsa, also known simply as Tulsa, was a French-themed kingdom founded by Charles Beard of Tulsa, Oklahoma, around 1998-1999. It was an early ally of the Apollo Sector before the establishment of Micras. Tulsa was considered a friendly country and was an ally of Cyberia and several other non-Micran nations, such as TorHavn and Molossia. Its friendliness towards the early Apollo Sector nations was such that when Micras was created Lake Tulsa was named in their honor. Unfortunately Tulsa didn't survive to enjoy the success of Micras and disappeared entirely by the early 2000s. Only the lake survives to remind us of its past influence.
