Treaty of Yasutomi on friendship, non-aggression and economic cooperation between the Forest of the Eternal Mistress on the island of Murder, and the Mondosphere.
Between Queen Razzie the First of the Forest of the Eternal Mistress on the island of Murder, and Mondo Etzeterra, Kaiser of Etzeland, Reigning Emperor of Greater Sangun, King of Riskai, Viscount Ermingander, Baron Mondo of Lichport, Baron of Zijincheng.

ARTICLE ONE
The parties recognise each others sovereignty over each others territories, as they are recorded by the Micras Cartography Society, either as full claims or undisputed reservations.

ARTICLE TWO
The parties agree that they will resolve all their conflicts amicably.

ARTICLE THREE
The parties shall allow traders and other visitors from another to moor in their merchant harbours, and to trade in goods in these harbours, barring security concerns and within the limits of the law.

ARTICLE FOUR
The parties shall communicate to each other what parts of their territory, territorial waters and airspace are unsafe or illegal to travel to or through, to prevent mistakes that result in injury or criminal charges. When informed of these travel restrictions, the parties shall inform all relevant organisations, such as organisations representing travelling merchants or commercial travel organisations of these restrictions.

ARTICLE FIVE
The parties shall exchange ambassadors, and each party shall make an embassy available for use by the other party. Immunity is granted to the ambassador and his staff, as well as to the embassy. Each party may request that the immunity of an ambassador or member of staff, in the service of the other party, be waived, in which case the other party shall either recall the ambassador or the member of staff, or allow prosecution.

ARTICLE SIX
This treaty shall enter into force upon signing.

ARTICLE SEVEN
The signatory parties may repeal this treaty on the condition of a notice of one year according to the calendar of Emperor Norton.
