HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;
WHEREAS the dedicated friendship and constant support of our allies and intermicronational partners is of paramount importance to the health and well being of Our community as a whole;
WHEREAS We have the pleasure to award those friends and partners to recognize their contribution to Our Royal Kingdom;
LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents create Our trusted Cousin Viking Emperor Harald Thorstein I of Stormark the state, style, dignity, title and honour Prince Harald of Gotzborg;
AND for Us, Our heirs and successors do appoint, give and grant unto him the said named state, degree, style, dignity, title and honour of Prince of Gotzborg and by these Presents do dignify, invest and ennoble him to have and to hold the said named state, degree, style, dignity, title and honour.
AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg and the Viking Empire of Stormark.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this third day of December in the fifteenth year of Our reign.
