A dialect, Froyalanish, spoken in Elwynn was heavily influenced by the Farewellish dialect of Hurmu Norse and by Army Crandish.
OOC considerations
- Bastardized Icelandic
- Use th instead of þ, Thorstein instead of Þorsteinn; while ð may be replaced with d, e.g. Idunn instead of Iðunn.
- Avoid grammatical cases on nouns and adjectives, and avoid declining verbs by person, use the third person singular declension at all times;
- e.g., instead of Ég sé sólina (I see [1st person verbal form] the sun [accusative definite]), write Ég sér sólin.
- Use genitive -s instead of other genitive markers found in Icelandic, i.e., Hallbjörnsdóttir instead of Hallbjarnardóttir.
- -ur suffix on masculine nouns is optional, e.g., Harald instead of Haraldur
