St Edwin's is the capital of Etourney and is the most populous area of the Florian Territory. Approx. 85-88 thousand people live in the city and the city is located in the Northwest of the island.
St Edwin's is the main cultural, political and economic centre of Etourney and also serves as a strategic base for Florian military operations in the Southern Hemisphere. Whilst the city may have a small population, the city is vibrant and residents of the city are mostly bilingual speaking both Alexandrian and Istvanistani.

St Edwin's is the home of the Island's professional football teams, Etourney FC and Etourney Rovers who compete in Super League Football and the SLF Championship. Both play at the Etourney Stadium complex, the main stadium of the Florian Territory with FC playing in the main 36,000 capacity stadium and Etourney Rovers playing in the much smaller 9,00 capacity Secondary stadium. Etourney Aces represent Etourney in Super League and are also based in Etourney Stadium.
