Shirokitsu

Shirokitsu (from Shiro-Kildarian) is a Shirerithian term of Jingdaoese origin, to refer to a large industrial Shirerithian conglomerate which is run and controlled by an individual or family. While the term dates from the early 1717's, when certain companies gained a lot of influence and leverage over the Thuylemans Government in its attempts to establish the nation as an autarky, the conglomerates were often already well-established. A Shirokitsu is a corporation that operates across multiple sectors including but not limited to finance, industry, trade, agriculture, real estate, energy, transportation, healthcare, education, media, technology, and security. They can operate domestically within Shireroth or internationally.

A Shirokitsu typically consists of several smaller companies operating independently under one umbrella organization. Each company maintains its own brand identity and management structure but shares resources, expertise, and networks with other member firms. This allows them to collaborate effectively and leverage their combined strengths to achieve greater success than they could individually.

The term "Shirokitsu" itself, while derived from the words Shiro-Kildarian, also means "white clan" in ancient Jingdaoese, emphasizing the idea of unity and cooperation among diverse entities. The goal of a shirokitsu is to create synergies between different industries and foster innovation through collaboration. A shirokitsu often cooperates with an Imperial Design Bureau.
