Rtoa is a city in Akhidia. Rtoa is the city with the 2nd most Muslims in Akhidia, less than Jehaf. It is also a commercial city. The most famous buildings of the city are Habibi Mosque, Kashker Palace, St. Julian Church and Riptic Lake.
