The Royal Society of the Blue Phoenix is a national cultural heritage protection organization based in Cárdenas, Nouvelle Alexandrie. Founded in 1715 AN under royal patronage as part of the broader Royal Patronage System for the arts and sciences, the Society works to safeguard the cultural, historical, and artistic heritage of the Federation, with particular focus on the protection of monuments, archaeological sites, and movable cultural property during armed conflict and civil unrest. Its protected symbol, a blue phoenix on a white field, derives from the golden crowned phoenix of the national flag. The Society is a charter member of the Organisation of Blue Symbol Societies (OBSS) since 1755 AN and represents Nouvelle Alexandrie within that body.
