HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Duke & Grand Elector of Jutien, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;
WHEREAS Our dear and entirely beloved friend Dr. Bjorn Olsen, have, at their own cost and charges, undertaken a business endeavour, for the creation and development of images, logos, symbols, brands and other such visual devices, and by such their undertaking, have already made such creations and symbols as do encourage them to proceed further in pursuance of their said design, by means whereof there may probably arise very great advantage to Us and Our Royal Kingdom.
AND WHEREAS the said person, for their further encouragement in the said design, have humbly besought Us to incorporate them, and grant unto them, and their successors, the protection under which to conduct their business and trade with the security and sureness of such is Our Charter.
WHEREAS, that We being desirous to promote all endeavours tending to the public good of our people, and to encourage the said undertaking, have of Our especial Grace, certain Knowledge, and mere Motion, given, granted, ratified, and confirmed, and by these Presents for Us, Our Heirs and Successors, do give, grant, ratify and confirm, unto Our said friend Dr. Bjorn Olsen, that they, and such others as shall be admitted into the said endeavour as is hereafter expressed, shall be one Body Corporate and politics, in deed and in name, by the name of Collins & Olsen GmbH, really and fully for ever, for Us, Our Heirs and Successors,
AND we do make, ordain, constitute, establish, confirm, and declare, by these Presents, and that by the same Name of Collins & Olsen GmbH, they shall have perpetual Succession, and that they and their Successors, be, and at all times hereafter shall be, personable and capable in law to have, purchase, receive, possess, enjoy and retain, lands, rents, privileges, liberties, jurisdictions, and franchises, of what kind, nature or quality soever they be within the law, to them and their Successors; and also to give, grant, demise, assign and dispose lands and tenements, and to do and execute all and singular other things by the same name that to them shall or may appertain to do. And that they, and their Successors, may plead, and be impleaded, answer, and be answered, defend, and be defended, in whatsoever Courts and places, before whatsoever Judges and Justices, and other Persons and Officers, in all and singular actions, pleas, suits, quarrels, causes and demands, whatsoever, of whatsoever kind, nature or sort, in such manner and form as any other.
AND, by these presents for Us, Our Heirs and Successors, we do ordain, that there shall be one proprietor, who shall be appointed and chosen by whatever form is so required and decided, and the proprietor shall choose the direction of the endeavour including its customers and markets, and the managing and handling of all other business, affairs, and things belonging to the said company.
WE have assigned, nominated, constituted, and made, and by these presents for Us, our Heirs and Successors, We do assign, nominate, constitute and make, our said friend, Dr. Bjorn Olsen, to be the first and present proprietor of the said company, and to continue in the said office from the date of these presents until such time as he is unable to fulfill his obligations to the Company, or until he has chosen another to lead it. In such case where Dr. Bjorn Olsen is not present and no person working or assigned to the company is able to continue its business, then the company shall be considered dormant until such time as the proprietor returns or these presents are rescinded.
AND We grant by these Presents for Us, Our Heirs and Successors, unto the said Proprietor and company, and their Successors, that they the said, shall from henceforth for ever be ruled, ordered and governed, according to the rules and laws extant within Our Royal Kingdom which must they must abide as any other company of persons seeking to provide services in Our Royal Kingdom.
AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this twenty-seventh day of October in the twenty-fourth year of Our reign.
