The Road Transport Cooperative of Barbary, or RTCB, is an association of trucking companies in Barbary. Among other things, the organisation sets minimum prices for transport services, minimum wages for employees and it offers training and education to its members. Membership of the organisation is mostly voluntary, although violence against competing companies that offer services below the RTCB's set minimum prices, and against companies that enjoy these services, is not unheard of. The organisation had a permanent seat in the Council of Arvidsudde until it was replaced by the Council of Basella in 1687. Most employees below management level are members of the Road Transport Union of Barbary. The RTCB is an important player in the lobby for the rapid reconstruction of the Heavenly Highway system.
