Prophecy Monitoring Network

The Prophecy Monitoring Network is a system of observation posts throughout Natopia established in 1740 AN to watch for signs of the Prophecy of Athlon's fulfilment. The network reports unusual phenomena to central authorities in Lindstrom and Doza.

Background

Main article: Prophecy of Athlon

Following the Doza Vision received by Empress Vadoma I in 1737 AN, which foretold the return of the Butter Bull and a period of transformation for Natopia, both the Dozan Bovic Church and the imperial government determined that systematic observation was necessary. The network was established three years after the prophecy's pronouncement as an institutional expression of Athlonarian vigilance.

Organization

The network consists of observation posts staffed by trained observers who document and report unusual geological, meteorological, or other unexplained phenomena. Reports are transmitted to coordinating offices in the imperial capital of Lindstrom and the holy city of Doza in Athlon, where they are analysed by both secular and ecclesiastical authorities.

The network operates under joint oversight of the Dozan Bovic Church and the Natopian government, reflecting the prophecy's significance to both spiritual and temporal realms.
