The Port Operators Association (POA) is a trade organization representing maritime port operators and shipping companies across Oportia. Established in 1708 AN, the association coordinates industry standards, advocates for favorable maritime policies, and facilitates cooperation between major ports including Port de Huile, Vanie, Kalexisse, and Port Félix. The organization represents over 200 member companies and port authorities, collectively handling approximately 85% of Oportia's maritime cargo traffic.
During the Corsair Resurgence, the POA played a central role in coordinating security measures and lobbying the Vermeuil administration for enhanced naval protection of shipping lanes. .
