Order of The Torchbearers

The Order of the Torchbearers (Eastmoorland English: TBC) is a Church of the Holy Lance monastic order established under the tutelage of The Prophet Edwin to act as missionaries for the Church. These monks are often selected for their skill at arms and keen survival skills, enabling them to travel with relative ease in unknown territory.

History

Foundation

In 148AJ The Prophet Edwin established the order of the Torchbearers to help spread Nova English Christianity throughout Nova England and beyond into the territories surrounding it. These missionaries were often former warriors who could protect themselves and organise their converts into self-defence militias.
