Whereas it is necessary for good government that there be a Minister of State for the Home Office;
And whereas His Royal Majesty is presently indisposed macronationally due to travels;
The Royal Chancellor does hereby order the interim appointment of Mr. Rudolph von Instow to the position of Minister of State for the Home Office with immediately effect, and Mr. von Instow shall enjoy the powers associated with that said office without delay, subject to the future confirmation of His Royal Majesty through the normal Royal Decree process upon His return from macronational obligations.
