HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Duke & Grand Elector of Jutien, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;
WE do in all respect appoint Our dear friend Dr. Bjorn Olsen to the post of Lord Lieutenant of Victoria, which shall encompass the provinces of the former Kingdom of Victoria upon Micras including Adraisia, Dundas, Strahalmond, Moncrieff, Abbervale, Middleton, Buthnock, Glenmaye and Orgyle;
AND we do further direct that this post shall act as Our representative in these provinces and responsible for the provincial governments there, in whatever form they may take as determined fit and necessary at the time, within the laws of Our Kingdom;
AND we do direct that this Lieutenancy shall lead the cultural re-development of Victorian lands within Our Kingdom so that they may bloom and flower again, to provide the whole world the benefit which was and shall be again, Victoria.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this eleventh day of November in the twenty-fourth year of Our reign.
