Office for Coastal and Riverine Intelligence
The Office for Coastal and Riverine Intelligence (OCRI) was the military intelligence branch of the Navy of Ransenar and the Riverine Forces of Ransenar. It was an important component of the Ministry of Security and Defense in Ransenar.
The OCRI was a military, multi-mission, maritime, uniformed service of the Ministry of Security and Defense and two of Ransenar's armed services. Its core roles were to protect the public, the environment, and Ransenari economic and security interests in any maritime region in which those interests may be at risk, focusing on the international waters of the Halberd Strait and Ransenar's coasts, ports, and inland waterways. The OCRI maintained a distinctive blend of military, humanitarian, and civilian law enforcement capabilities.
Following the accession of Ransenar to the Benacian Union, the OCRI was incorporated into the Ransenari Security Service.
