Neoptolemus Xanthe Ioannidis is a Constancian official.
Appointed Imperial Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Wechua Nation, to head the Imperial Embassy in Parap, effective 9.XII.1676. Served until 12.XIV.1685, the day before the Proclamation of Punta Santiago and Federation.
