Maycross Engineworks (Commonspeak: Mækros Enginwerk) is an Aerlan company who designs and builds engines and vehicles. Named after the suburb of Zareda in which the company’s main plant is based, it provides varying types of motive power to both the Aerlan public and military.
They are most famous for developing the engines for many military jets and armored vehicles in the Aerlan military. In 1723 AN, the company partnered with the Noursala Military-Industrial Company to develop a new main battle tank for the Grand Army of Aerla. Maycross was given the task of developing an engine sufficient to be able to move and power this tank.
