Maximinus George Lahaye Kerularios (born 3.VII.1696 AN) is a New Alexandrian businessman and the current Chief Executive Officer of Kerularios & Company. He is the eldest son of George Lahaye Kerularios and Isabelle Fontaine-Deschamps, and the great-great-grandson of company founder Maximinus Kerularios, for whom he was named.

Born in Fontainebleau, Alduria, he joined the Board of Directors of Kerularios & Company in 1725 AN and served as Chief Operating Officer from 1738 AN to 1752 AN. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer following the death of his great-grandmother Jacqueline Kerularios in XI.1752 AN, succeeding the interim leadership that had managed daily operations during her final years.

As Chief Operating Officer he ran the company's side of a freight dispute with the pasta maker Casa Barilla that began during the Port Wars of 1742 and lasted until 1744 AN. He became Chief Executive Officer in the same year that Shirley Barilla took charge of Casa Barilla, and The Aldurian called the pairing the "duel of the heirs".

He resides in Punta Santiago, Alduria, near the company's international headquarters.
