HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Duke & Grand Elector of Jutien, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;
WHEREAS it was necessary in 2007 to appoint a Lord Protector & Ambassador Plenipotentiary to act as guardian and keeper of the records and reputation of Our Royal Kingdom;
WHEREAS Our loyal servant Liam, Duke of Montin was entrusted to this roll due to his consistent, effective and knowledgeable approach to micronational matters;
WHEREAS there exists at this time no ongoing need for Lord Montin to continue in this current role;
LET IT BE KNOWN that We of Our especial grace, certain knowledge and mere motion do by these presents do release His Grace Liam, Duke of Montin from the appointment and obligations of Lord Protector and Ambassador Plenipotentiary of the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg from this date;
AND that in recognition of his efforts We do grant him use of the sign of office of Lord Protector so that all who may refer to his armorial achievement shall know of his contribution;
AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this sixteenth day of July in the twenty-first year of Our reign.
