Ke Ala Moana (Mala'anje: "The Path to the Sea") is an escape and evacuation network organized by the Mala'anje people during the Mala Self-Determination Crisis to evacuate Mala'anje civilians trapped on the Lac Glacei mainland during the NKR insurrection. Operating since III.1753 AN, the network has evacuated approximately 1,500-2,000 people from NKR-controlled territory to the Mala First Nation Territory, with an estimated success rate of 70-80%.
The network forms one component of the broader Mala'anje Resistance, alongside the Koa Kia'i territorial defense force and an intelligence-gathering network. It operates with material support channeled through Vegno from Nouvelle Alexandrie.
