Jufri Taha (born 4 March 1985) is a Dauian footballer who plays and captains for Daau Super League club Jinan Island.
An experienced defender, Jufri is able to operate a center back and wing back role if needed.
Club career
A product of the Daau United youth setup, Jufri stayed with the B team for some time after his youth career finished but never made an official appearance for the oranges due to him studying. Jufri officially left the club due to mutual termination and Jufri wanting proper game time.
Bintang Lukana
After being mistreated at Daau United II, Jufri set on a move to Bintang on a free transfer. He would then be regarded as the greatest transfer Bintang has ever made as he quickly grew to become the club's first choice center back for years to come.
However due to managerial issues within the club and the increasing disputes that were happening with him and the chairman, Jufri forced a move away from the club.
Catang Evergrande
The defender would join Daau Premier League newcomers Catang Evergrande for a mere Cr 1m fee. Jufri soon left the club ahead of the 2025–26 season following the expiry of his contract.
Jinan Island
Jufri joined newly promoted DSL side Jinan Island following his expiry at Catang, signing as player-coach for the season ahead.
