Johannes Erdnuss was an extremist Nazarene preacher belonging to the Ludwiggian Reformed Church who gained notoriety as he instigated a rebellion against the Confoederatio Aemilia, known as the Nazarene Uprising of 1748. The rebellion was unsuccessful and resulted in his soul getting caught in a soul gem and his body reanimated under the control of a rat called Snuffles.
