The Jingdaoese duck (Anas danya), sometimes called the Imperial Jingdaoese Duck, is a duck species related to the mallard that is native to the north of the Apollonian continent, in an area that is completely controlled by the Jingdaoese Empire that gives the duck its name. The Audentian name for the duck, danya refers to the Danya Emperor, who was so fond of the ducks that the species was named after him. It was during the reign of the Danya Emperor that the animals were first raised commercially, both for show and for meat. The Jingdaoese duck is commonly used for the traditional Jingdaoese dish Yuehan duck.
