Jiangshoushui

The Jiangshoushui, meaning border tax collection in Jingdaoese, is the Jingdaoese customs agency for all land based border crossings. The agency is primarily focused on protecting the safety of the Jingdaoese Empire and adding to the wealth of the Jingdaoese emperor. The agency reviews all goods that pass the border, by means of physical checks or with automated risk assessments. Noted should be the handling of Green goods by the Jiangshoushui.
