1. The Good Louis Thuylemans from Batavia shall serve as Our Steward and lead Our government.
2. The Admirable Guang Gao, Lord of Blackrock Fields, shall serve as Minister to the Steward.
3. The Illustrious and Honourable Gjulia Laleh Caprici Maleki from Talenore, shall serve as Commissioner to the Steward.
4. The following appointments are made to the major posts of the Imperial Household:

   (b) The Good Layla Ludovicsdottir Verion Sherrinford-de Montfort from Skyla, as Master of Pages;

   (d) The Wu Hei from Xianbei, as Dean of the Dirâsat-an-Nûr;

   (e) The Admirable Alois DeVille-Alexander, Commander Emeritus of the Shirekeep City Guard, as Commissioner of the Crypteia.

5. The following ministerial appointments are made:

   (a) The Admirable and Illustrious Li Suyi, Count of Qaoshan, as Minister of Rites;

   (b) The Admirable Zhao Feng, Lord of Nangang, as Minister of Military Affairs;

   (c) The Good Sanada Taro from Jingdao, as Minister of External Relations;

6. The following imperial commissions within the Ministry of Rites are filled:

8. The following imperial commissions within the Ministry of External Relations are filled:

   (a) The Good Hugh D'Ange from Modan, as Commissioner for the Raspur Pact;

   (c) The Good Joseph Mindrok from Brookshire, as Commissioner for Communications with the Green.

9. The following imperial commissions within the Ministry of Trade are filled:

   (b) The Good Kobus Lewis from Shirekeep, as Commissioner for Public Works and the Cadastres;

10. The follow imperial commissions within the Ministry of Information are filled:
