A Decree from Her Imperial Magnificence

Sovereign among Laqs, Queen of Ransenar, Rani of Tas Neemia, Emira of Sathrati, Sardar of Talenore, Princess of Hurmu, Princess among the Lakes, Duchess of Brookshire, Duchess of the Guttuli, Duchess of Chestnut, Duchess of New Aquitane, Marchioness of Zy-Rodun, Khanum of Caer Lum'ruush, Countess of Upper Macon, Countess of Andiopolis, Countess of Dracoheim, Countess of Istvan, Baroness of Port Mills, Lady of Zauberförde/Senkyōwan, Lady in Jorvik, Progeny of the Once-Living God, Scion of the King of Kings, Thane of the Shirelands, Keeper of the Apollo Legacy, Grand Master of the Orders of the Dragon, of Griffin, of Phoenix, and of Chimera, Sovereign of the Golden Mango Throne, Lord Mayor of the City of Vladagrad,
announcing for the sake of all Shireroth that,
There is again no greater love than for one's own kin. In mourning Our brother, we embrace once more his natural children and their mother and support them in this time of need. In keeping with that love,
The following has been offered as a sign of Our love:
- Dowager Princess of Whales, Dowager Lady of Kigazeki and Dowager Viscountess Audon of Varmland, Kataoka Yukiji and the mother of the Princes and Princess of Shireroth, Ichiro Ayreon-Kalirion of Waffel-Paine, Jiro Ayreon-Kalirion of Waffel-Paine, and Enhei Ayreon-Kalirion of Waffel-Paine, is granted title to the Engita estates in Coastal Guttuli and created Lady of Engita over them, that she may have an income to support herself and the natural children of Our late brother, Kir Azariah Vidar Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine, Prince of Shireroth, to be inherited by them in perpetuity.
- Lady Yukiji of Engita is summoned to the Imperial Capital in order to give oaths to Us and have her dignity be recognized by Us as the Lady of Engita and as a Princess of Shireroth by virtue of being the mother of Our late brother's children.
- The Ichiro, Jiro, and Enhei Foundation for the Children of the Damned shall hereafter be renamed The IJE Foundation. Lady Yukiji of Engita and her natural children shall hold permanent seats on its board of trustees.
- Princes and Princess of Shireroth, Ichiro, Jiro, and Enhei, shall be enrolled into the Imperial Academy when they come of age, that they may serve the Imperium of their father.
- The Imperium shall continue to mourn the passing of Our brother until his burial at the Tomb of Ayreon IV.
