By the grace of our beloved AYREON THE SIXTH, Kaiser of Shireroth, through the intercessions of Divine Providence, we, Regent Rafi Hakimi bin Alsalam, do hereby issue this most noble decree. Hear ye, hear ye!

A Regency Decree

Approving the Marriage of Maximiliaan des Vinandy and Elisabeth Maes

The following has been offered as a sign of approval the Regent issues this decree:

His Royal Highness Maximiliaan des Vinandy and Lady Elisabeth Maes are granted permission to plight their troth to one another, so that they may form an equal union in marriage, in accordance with Imperial Decree №1180.

Given at Raynor's Keep on the sixteenth day of the third month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and sixty-one.
