AYREON THE FIFTH by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar-e Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the high and mighty gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and Our heirs forever.

Approving the Marriage of Mina Penguinwaffels and Hans von Heida-Weisse

The following has been offered as a sign of approval by the Golden Mango Throne:

My dear cousin, Mina Jollity Anastasia Isidora Ayreon-Kalirion ibn al-Majeed al-Osman bin Sathrati of Waffel-Paine and Rossheim-Etzeterra-Steerswick, is granted permission to plight her troth to His Royal Highness Prince Johannes Heinrich Ludwig Rezkow von Heida-Weisse, so that they may form an equal union in marriage, in accordance with Imperial Decree №1180.

I wish to express my hope that Divine Providence shall see fit to grant to this handsome pairing an honourable marriage and oneness of mind, and to preserve them from the afflictions of Our world.
