AYREON THE FIFTH by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar-e Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the high and mighty gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and Our heirs forever.

Approving the Marriage of Rafi Hakimi bin Alsalam and Shitala Darwish

The following has been offered as a sign of approval by the Golden Mango Throne:

My dear cousin, Rafi Hakimi bin Alsalam, is granted permission to plight his troth to The Highborn Lady, Shitala Darwish, Patlin of the Woodrow Line, Lady of the Holy Lakes, so that they may form an equal union in marriage, in accordance with Imperial Decree №1180.

I wish to express my hope that Divine Providence shall see fit to grant to this handsome pairing an honourable marriage and oneness of mind, and to preserve them from the afflictions of Our world.

Given at Raynor's Keep on the eleventh day of the seventh month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and forty-six.
