AYREON THE FIFTH by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Qaisar-e Sathratiye, who, by this Imperial Decree, gives unto his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the high and mighty gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place dedicated to Zurvan this decree which by his Kharenah is confirmed for Us and Our heirs forever.

Approving the Marriage of Her Serene Highness The Princess Artemis Calliope and Lord Haakon Einhorn

The following has been offered as a sign of approval by the Golden Mango Throne:

My dear cousin, The Princess Artemis Calliope, is granted permission to plight her troth to the Lord Haakon Einhorn, Knight of the Holy Lakes, so that they may form an equal union in marriage, in accordance with Imperial Decree №1180.

I wish to express my hope that Divine Providence shall see fit to grant to this handsome pairing an honourable marriage and oneness of mind, and to preserve them from the afflictions of Our world.

Given at Raynor's Keep on the thirteenth day of the thirteenth month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and forty-three.
