AYREON THE FIFTH, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Our Lord the Radiant Sun, Qaisar-e Sathratiye, and by the eternal grace and radiance of Lumina's Celestial Light, Sovereign of the Golden Mango Throne, Protector against the Vengeance of the Almighty Mors, and guided by the wisdom of the Enlightened Hasan, Steward of Sakat's Path, anointed by the divine intercessions of Providence, and Bearer of the Heavenly Mandate, unto his Most Noble Lords and Ladies, his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the High and Mighty Gods of Shireroth, undying and unthinking obsequience.

An Imperial Decree

Appointing Lord Shen Suyi to Steward of the Imperial Republic

Whereas the Prætor of the Landsraad has reported that the Landsraad, Adelsraad, and Folksraad all three have nominated to Steward of the Imperial Republic, for the term commencing immediately upon appointment, the High and Noble Lord Shen Suyi;

We do therefore, in the accordance with the Charter, effect the election by appointing the High and Noble Lord Shen Suyi, to Steward of the Imperial Republic for the term commencing immediately.

We thank the outgoing Steward, Naïs Szodarvs, for his services to the Imperial Republic, and relieve him thus of the burden of government.

Given at Raynor's Keep on the twentieth day of the ninth month in the year after the death of Norton one thousand seven hundred and forty-one.
