The Hurmu Executive Internship Programme was established by the Cabinet of Jamshid-e Osman to provide seventy-two places for young women, aged seventeen to twenty-one, to gain work experience with the Executive of Hurmu via placement within the ministries of state following an introductory interview with the Prime Minister.

Places would be obtained via nomination by district authorities, with candidates identified according to a strict criteria and competitive examination process.

Successful candidates would gain fifteen months work experience, unpaid but with all costs and fees related to the posting met by the state.
