Her Imperial Majesty's Penitentiary Atonement is a prison established by Imperial Decree in Varaz in 1721. Its able-bodied convicts are generally utilized as slave labor. The camp was expanded in 1745 AN to provide housing for Oportian prisoners of war under the auspices of the Allied Administration of Captive Hostiles.
