HIS ROYAL MAJESTY August Charles II, By the Grace of God King of Gotzborg, Archduke of Reichlau, Grand Duke of Lucerne, Marshal of the Union of Seven Nations, Lord of the Border Marches, Admiral of the Southern Reaches, Duke & Grand Elector of Jutien, Count Kendal does hereby send greetings;


WHEREAS the flag of Our Royal Kingdom acts as the primary symbol utilized throughout the world to identify and specify that which belongs to, operates for or is aligned with Us;

AND to ensure consistency in the use and display of this national flag;

WE DO hereby decree that the standard flag of Our Royal Kingdom shall be noted as below and shall consist of three vertical stripes of equal width, red at the left, white in the middle, yellow gold on the right; the Royal armorial, in its lesser form, with Our crown be placed on the white stripe, equal in distance between the top and bottom measured at the peak of the crown to the point on the shield; the proportion of the hoist to the fly shall be 3:5;

AND that regulations may be passed as may be necessary by Our Royal Government regarding appropriate protections, or other applications for use of this flag;

AND that this flag shall be flown from all government buildings, military installations, police installations or any other office or building in which a government office may be located, whether owned or not;

AND that all citizens have the right to display or fly the flag in accordance with any protection or applications which may be regulated at the time;

AND We do further direct and enjoin that this Royal Decree shall be read and proclaimed in such places as appropriate within the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF We have caused this Our Royal Decree by the affixation of the Royal Seal of the Kingdom to be published, by witness Ourself at Lonenberg Palace this seventh day of November in the twenty-fourth year of Our reign.
